The company has a registered capital of RMB20,800,000 and owns more than 200 employees, among them 105 employees are technicians with intermediate and senior professional titles and 15 employees own the Certificates of Constructor and Associate Constructor. The company is equipped with more than 50 sets of various pile machines and supporting equipment, with a total value over RMB120,000,000 and total power of 3000 KW, including 8 sets of rotary pile digging machines imported from German Bauer. The company is a professional and backbone enterprise in construction foundation industry in Jiangsu Province.

It conducts construction activities in many provinces and cities (municipalities) across China. In recent years, projects constructed by the company have 100% passed the one-time acceptance inspection and the excellent rate has been beyond 95%. The pile foundation project of a Laos cement plant participated by the company (contracted by Tianjin Architecture Design Institute and) won the gold medal award for overseas projects. In recent years, the company has completed the partial sections of Beijing-Shanghai Express Railway, Beijing-Fuzhou Express Railway, Shanghai-Kunming Express Railway, as well as resettlement area of Rugao Port Area of Nanjing, and more than 30 cement production lines including four 5000T/D cement production lines of Wuwei Leida and three 5000T/D cement production lines of Anhui Pangu, Laos 5000 T/D cement plant, Vietnam Communist Youth League cement plant, Russia Basel cement plant, phase I and phase II projects of Troitsk state-owned power station of Chelyabinsk Oblast, Russia, and Cameroon Stadium, etc. The company has been awarded as the "Safety production advanced company" and "Equipment management advanced company" in Yancheng City for many times, and has been awarded as a Municipal-level “Class A credit enterprise” for consecutive years since 2005.
